Our tal pulp or tal mari is 100% natural and homemade. It is sourced directly from small farmers in West Bengal, ensuring the purest and most authentic seasonal.
This Pulp is extracted with great care from ripe palm and then processed. Prepared without any ready-made spices or colors.
As a unique summer crop, Tal Mari/Palm has a short harvest window. We bring you this traditional food to enjoy it.
Various nostalgic dishes can be prepared from this tal mardi like tal bara, tal pies, tal cake, tal phuloori, tal luchi and many more dishes.
Shelf Life of Tal Mari : 6 months from the date of packing.
