At Moumachi, we take pride in offering 100% natural, single-origin honeys sourced directly from small beekeeper groups across India. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to purity and sustainability, we maintain a strict but fair policy on cancellations, returns, and replacements.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and processed, returns or refunds are not accepted.
Once the order is placed, it can’t be cancelled.
Moumachi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
Non-availability of stock
Pricing or informational errors
Issues with personal or payment details
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements (not refunds) under specific scenarios described below:
Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 6 hours of delivery.
How to raise a damaged product request:
Email: sales@moumachi.in
Subject: “Damaged Product”
Include: Order number, Image of invoice, 1 photo of the outer shipping box, 2 clear images of the damaged product within the box, Your phone number, Full address.
We will respond within 24–48 hours and assist in providing a fair resolution. Note: In case of multiple items, only the damaged item will be replaced.
Returns
Products once shipped are not eligible for return.
No Returns for Product Variance
We do not accept returns based on variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma.
This is because our honeys are:
100% natural, unprocessed, and single-origin
Not blended, pasteurized, or ultra-filtered like commercial honey
Prone to natural crystallization, a hallmark of pure honey
Each batch may differ slightly due to floral source, bee species, and seasonality — this is proof of purity, not a defect.
