Description
Every single lot of mango is carefully selected and manually checked for quality and the mangoes are peeled completely. It is washed a couple of times in the water, and left in the sun for a few hours. Thereafter, the mangoes are grated completely. The grated mangoes leave their moisture which is separated.
Now the grated mango is ready for adding Salt & Turmeric.The mixture is left out in the sun for 2-3 hours. A batch of masala is prepared, with the spices in the right proportions. Tthe masala is mixed with the grated mangoes, and oil. The mixture is left out in the sun for 8-10 days. It’s tasted for perfection, and is thereafter stored in the glass jar.
